Ring Network.

Ring Network.

1 - In the ring network (token ring), all the nodes are connected to the same circuit, which takes the form of a ring. A token
- Consisting of a small message permission - continuously circulates the ring, being read by the token ring
each node as it passes through it.

2 - The node that is waiting to send a message when it gets the token pass, changes its binary code to
say that it is being used, and appends the message, the address of the destination node and the verification code error.

Only one message at a time can travel on the network.

3 - How electrical resistance, which is part of any circuit, it could gradually decrease the voltage of the signal, each
node has a repeater, which regenerates the full message, maintaining the strength and integrity of the signal that contains the data.

4 - Each node checks the token during its passage to see if it contains the address of the node. The node to which the message is
intended makes a copy of the message and then continues to send it through the ring.

5 - The message finally returns to the original node, which removes and restores the enable signal of the original token.
